Returns Information

 Returns / Faulty Goods:

There is no return of items supplied to you as per your order for any reason, unless it is faulty. 

If you suspect an item is faulty, please send us one email that includes all the following information:

1) original purchase/order number

2) full description and images when applicable of suspected issue, plus the batch or identity number of the item (e.g. rugs, electronics, supplements etc). This is not the SKU code.

3) your customer's name and copy of their receipt

We may be able to solve the issue without return of an item, but be aware we may require it to be returned for inspection, the cost of which may not be covered by us. 

You will have a returns policy that you apply in-store, the customer is your customer and all contact must be handled by you in an appropriate and fair manner. We will try to resolve things as quickly as we can but sometimes it does take several days or more to get approvals (which are not guaranteed to come through). 

Please do remind customers who purchase Rhino or Rambo turnouts to follow the instructions on the card attached to the rug to register their warranty online with Horseware Ireland within 90days of purchase.
